Data Verification System

The Data Verification System is used in conjunction with the contractors’ data system.  This system is designed to measure the delivery of expensive chemicals used in today’s fracturing or cement processes.  This system allows the company representative to collect independent data during the pumping process.  Normally the company representative interfaces with the contractor’s data system with the use of a serial connection.  He may also accept a report provided by the contractor without any verification that the contractors reporting programs are working or calibrated correctly. The DV System incorporates the use of tank/tote level data acquisition for an independent accurate account of chemicals used.
